Fine Art Oil Paintings - Seven Oaks Studio



			In my commission work, I work closely with my clients. I listen to their ideas and present rough sketches and computer images of their ideas and mine. From that initial step, I proceed with photography for the portrait or landscape, etc., capturing specifics for the imagery. Finally, I paint a small-scale canvas prototype of the image for the customer's approval to commence with the commission. My terms begin with a non-refundable $250.00 Studio Fee which includes consultation, preliminary sketches, computer work, photography, and the canvas prototype. For the final painting, the charges will be as follows: 11" X 14" $ 600.00 18" X 24" $1,000.00 24" X 36" $2,000.00 30" X 40" $4,000.00 40" X 60" $8,000.00 A commissioned painting up to the size of 30" X 40" to be completed in 90 days. Larger sizes completed according to a reasonable time frame determined by the artist. Commencement of the painting begins after final customer approval and return of the canvas prototype. 1. 25% downpayment of total price upon commencement 2. 25% mid-payment half-way of completion of commission. 3. Remainder of total sale upon final approval by customer. 4. Payment by money order only.
